Mission and strategic objectives

The faculty has just received the approval of Dr. Hany Hilal, minister of high education to start postgraduate program. According to the bylaws, our program enables all candidates to apply for Diploma, MVS and PhD in all fields of veterinary medicine. Courses will be given according to the credit hour system. Registration will be allowed twice per year; July 15 to August 15 for the autumn semester and December 15 to January 15 for spring semester. Please, contact graduate office for more details.

Prof. Hasan Nadeer, president of Alexandria University has appointed Prof. Usama Mahrous, professor of animal husbandry and head of the department of animal husbandry and wealth development as a vice dean for community services and environment development.

Ministry of high education announced that it will grant Damanhour branch two fully equipped laboratories with all subsequent commitments of registration at UNESCO for supporting the branch strategies to help students to obtain the international computer driving license "ICDL". Prof. Said Nafae, vice president of Alexandria University - Damanhourr branch, approved one of lab for elbostan campus to please students and staff of faculties of agriculture and veterinary medicine.
